“Ermənistan rəhbərliyi öz ölkəsində tam olaraq hakimiyyətə malik deyil, çünki Ermənistanın hakim elitası hər hansı ciddi qərar qəbul etmək üçün ayrı-ayrı xarici dairələrə, o cümlədən Moskvaya hesabat verməlidir”.

Bunu “Report” İnformasiya Agentliyinin direktoru Fuad Hüseynəliyev CBC telekanalının “Aktualno seqodnya” (“Bu gün aktualdır”) verilişində Azərbaycanın xarici işlər naziri Ceyhun Bayramovla ermənistanlı həmkarı Ararat Mirzoyan arasında danışıqların növbəti raundunun yekunlarını şərh edərkən deyib.

O, sülhə nail olunmasının Ermənistan üçün həyati əhəmiyyət daşıdığını vurğulayıb.

“Laçın yolunda baş verən son hadisələr, sərhəd nəzarət-buraxılış məntəqəsinin qurulması ilə bununla bağlı məsələ tamamilə həll olunub... Danışıqlar prosesi ətrafında intensivlik ehtiyatlı nikbinliyə də əsas verir”, - F.Hüseynəliyev əlavə edib.
Videokonfrans formatında müzakirələrə Rusiyadan tarix elmləri doktoru, Sankt-Peterburq Dövlət Universitetinin professoru Niyazi Niyazov da qoşulub.

Müzakirələr zamanı Azərbaycan Prezidenti İlham Əliyevin Şuşa şəhərində səsləndirdiyi bəyanatlara xüsusi yer verilib.
