10 milyonluq ziyana görə 10 il həbs cəzası verilmiş şirkət rəhbərinin bəraət qərarı ləğv edildi


Külli miqdarda mənimsəmədə və vergidən yayınmaqda təqsirli bilinərək 10 il azadlıqdan məhrum edilmiş “Güllübulaq” MMC-nin təsisçisi Füzuli Adıgözəlovun bəraət alması ilə bağlı qərardan verilmiş protestə baxılıb.

“Qafqazinfo”nun əldə etdiyi xəbərə görə, Ali Məhkəmədə keçirilən iclasda dövlət ittihamçısı çıxış edib.

Prokuror bəraət qərarının ləğv edilməsini, işə yeni apellyasiya baxışının təyin edilməsini xahiş edib.

Hakim Əziz Seyidovun sədrlik etdiyi hakimlər heyəti tərəflərin münasibətini öyrəndikdən sonra prokurorun protestini əsaslı sayıb.

Qərara əsasən, F.Adıgözəlov barəsindəki bəraət qərarı ləğv edilib, iş yenidən baxılması üçün apellyasiya məhkəməsinə qaytarılıb.
Qeyd edək ki, F.Adıgözəlov 2020-ci ildə həbs edilib.

İttihamda deyilir ki, təqsirləndirilən şəxs 2011-15-ci illərdə Türkiyədən müxtəlif məhsullar idxal edib, “Güllübulaq” MMC-yə məxsus 1 milyon 885 min manat hesabına həmin malların dəyərini və gömrük rüsumlarını ödəyib, lakin malların satışından əldə etdiyi gəlirdən MMC-yə ödəniş etməyib.

O, həmçinin 2011-15-ci illər ərzində 8 milyon 396 min manat məbləğində vergini dövlət büdcəsinə ödəməkdən qəsdən yayınmaqda ittiham olunub.

F.Adıgözəlov Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin hökmü ilə 10 il müddətinə azadlıqdan məhrum edilmişdi. İki il sonra Bakı Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin qərarı ilə ona bəraət verilərək məhkəmə zalından azadlığa buraxılmışdı.
