Milli Məclisin Hüquq siyasəti və dövlət quruculuğu komitəsinin bu gün keçirilən iclasında apellyasiya məhkəmələrinə yeni hakimlər təyin olunub.

Onlardan biri də Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin hakimi Faiq Qəniyevdir.

Milliinfo.az məhkəmə-hüquq sisteminin cinayət sahəsi üzrə nüfuzlu hakimlərindən olan Faiq Əsəd oğlu Qəniyev barədə əldə etdiyi dosyesini oxuculara təqdim edir.
Belə ki, Faiq Qəniyev 1970-ci ildə Quba rayonunda anadan olub. 1988-1990-cı illərdə keçmiş Sovet ordusu sıralarında hərbi xidmətdə olub.
1990-1995-ci illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin hüquq fakültəsində təhsil alıb.
1992-1993-cü illərdə - Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin hüquq fakültəsinin tələbəsi olarkən könüllü olaraq təhsilini yarımçıq qoyub Azərbaycan Milli Ordusuna yazılaraq Birinci Qarabağ döyüşlərinə qatılıb. Ağdam və Ağdərə istiqamətlərində gedən döyüşlərdə iştirak edib, Qarabağ
müharibəsi veteranıdır.
Daha sonra hüquqşünas kimi fəaliyyətə başlayana kimi müxtəlif idarə, müəssisə və təşkilatlarda fəhlə, çilingər işləyib.
1994-1998-ci illərdə Dövlət Neft Şirkəti sistemində hüquqşünas vəzifəsində fəaliyyət göstərib;
1998-2013-cü illərdə Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Təhlükəsizlik Nazirliyinin İstintaq Baş İdarəsində müstəntiqlikdən şöbə rəisinin müavini vəzifəsinə kimi yüksəlib, ədliyyə polkovnikidir.
2008-ci ildə Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı ilə «Hərbi xidmətlərə görə» medalı ilə təltif edilib.
04.10.2013-cü il il tarixdə Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı ilə Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin hakimi vəzifəsinə təyin edilib.
Hüquq üzrə fəlsəfə doktorudur, çoxsaylı elmi məqalə və monoqrafiyaların müəllifidir.
Eyni zamanda, Milli Aviasiya Akademiyasında cinayət hüququ fənnini tədris edir.
Ailəldir, 3 övladı var.
