Azərbaycanda İcra Hakimiyyəti binasında insident - Qadın həbs edildi


Gədəbəy Rayon İcra Hakimiyyətində icra başçısının qəbulu zamanı insident baş verib.

“Qafqazinfo”nun əldə etdiyi məlumata görə, qəbuldan əvvəl yaranmış növbə zamanı rayonun Slavyanka kənd sakini, 1980-ci il təvəllüdlü T.Hümbətova ilə digər şikayətçilər arasında dava-dalaş olub.

T.Hümbətovaya qəbul sırasında şəhid ailələri və qazilərin öndə olduğu bildirilib. İttihama görə, o, səs-küy salaraq yarım saat müddətində icra hakimiyyətində normal iş ahəngini pozub. Qurumdakı mühafizə polisi əlavə naryad dəvət etdikdən sonra 42 yaşlı qadın saxlanılaraq Gədəbəy Rayon Polis Şöbəsinə aparılıb. Onun barəsində İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin xuliqanlıq maddəsi ilə protokol tərtib edilib.

Daha sonra saxlanılan qadın protokolla birgə Gədəbəy Rayon Məhkəməsinə göndərilib. Məhkəmədə bildirilib ki, T.Hümbətova əvvəllər də həbs həyatı yaşayıb və dəfələrlə İcra Hakimiyyətində qəbullarda iştirak edib. Məhkəmə ona 25 sutka həbs cəzası təyin edib.

Hadisə ilə bağlı Gədəbəy Rayon İcra Hakimiyyəti ilə əlaqə saxladıq. Qurumdan “Qafqazinfo”ya bildirilib ki, T.Hümbətovanın şikayətləri ilə bağlı dəfələrlə ona izahatlar verilib və müvafiq köməkliklər göstərilib.
