“İdman mərc oyunlarının həyata keçirilməsi məqsədi ilə hüquqi şəxsin akkreditasiya olunması Qaydası”nın və “İdman mərc oyunlarının təşkili və keçirilməsi Qaydaları”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 2010-cu il 20 avqust tarixli qərarında dəyişiklik edilib.

Bununla bağlı Baş nazir Əli Əsədov qərar imzalayıb.

Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 313 və 314 №-li Qərarları idman mərc oyunlarının keçirilməsi üçün iştirakçılar tərəfindən ödənilən vəsaitlərin bədən tərbiyəsi və idmanın inkişafına, habelə sosial əhəmiyyətli layihələrə yönəldilən maliyyə dəstəyinin göstərilməsi məqsədilə hazırlanıb.

Yönəldilən hissə aşağıdakı qaydada müəyyən edilib:

- təqvim ili ərzində toplam dövriyyənin cəmi 100 000 000 (yüz milyon) manat məbləğinə çatanadək - hər ay üçün aylıq dövriyyənin 1 faizi;

- təqvim ili ərzində toplam dövriyyənin cəmi 100 000 000 manat məbləğinə çatan ay üçün - aylıq dövriyyənin 100 000 000 manata çatanadək olan hissəsinin 1 faizi, 100 000 000 manat məbləğindən artıq olan hissəsinin 2,5 faizi;

- təqvim ili ərzində toplam dövriyyənin cəmi 100 000 000 manat məbləğindən artıq olduqda - hər ay üçün aylıq dövriyyənin 2,5 faizi.

Qərarla İdman mərc oyunlarının keçirilməsindən əldə olunan toplam dövriyyənin vergilər tutulduqdan sonra qalan məbləğindən bədən tərbiyəsi və idmanın inkişafına yönəldilən hissəsi Nazirliyin müəyyən edəcəyi quruma ödənilməsi nəzərdə tutulub.
